Bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may not be refunded.
Group bookings may have separate conditions.
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
(Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.)
Treat all staff, guests, and property with respect.
Illegal or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Green Elephant Backpackers is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Lockers and safes are available for secure storage.
Guests may use shared facilities (pool, bar, braai area, kitchen, etc.).
Management reserves the right to restrict access if facilities are misused.
24/7 security is provided for your safety.
Guests must follow house rules for their own security and comfort.
We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
