Welcome to our community! To ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask all guests and residents to follow these house rules:

1. Respect & Community

  • Be respectful towards fellow guests, staff, and neighbors.

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

2. Cleanliness

  • Please keep your room and shared spaces (kitchen, lounge, garden) clean and tidy.

  • Wash dishes and clean up after yourself in common areas.

3. Safety & Security

  • Lock your room/locker when leaving the premises.

  • Do not let strangers enter the property without staff approval.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

4. Alcohol & Substances

  • Responsible drinking is permitted in common areas.

  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

5. Facilities Use

  • Kitchen, co-working spaces, pool, and lounge are shared — please use them considerately.

  • Respect time limits so everyone gets a chance to enjoy.

6. Guests & Visitors

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Visitors are welcome in common areas until 9:00 PM.

7. Property Care

  • Please take care of furniture, equipment, and facilities.

  • Any damages caused will be charged to the guest responsible.

8. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

  • Late check-out may incur additional fees.

9. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Harassment, violence, theft, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
